NRC Monday Weekly Workouts

Each week we (as a community) will complete the Get Started plan on the Nike NRC!

 

As you know, we’ve partnered with Nike and the NRC team on preparing us for our 5K run March 4, 2023. The get started plan will guide us through 3 runs a week, building our endurance and speed so that we will cross the finish line strong on March 4th. There are so many plans and guided runs to explore on the NRC app! We encourage you to explore all they have to offer and continue running even after the challenge. You may even see a familiar face on a guided run *wink wink* our very own Olympian! 

There are 2 Guided Runs pre week and a 3rd optional run. Completing each run will earn you 20 points each.
