Thursday Jump Rope Challenge – Week 1

As you know jump rope has tremendous benefits!

It’s a full-body exercise much like running, so it’s the perfect way to prepare us for our BIG 5k run on March 4th!

For your first jump rope session we’re gonna take it easy!

 

Our goal is 15 mins of active jump rope.

You can break this up in 3 ways depending on your endurance level.

Options:

30 x 30 seconds with 1 min recovery

15 x 1 min jumps with 1 min recovery

5 x 3 min jumps with 3 mins recovery

Be sure to get a great stretch after your jump rope series
