As you know jump rope has tremendous benefits!
It’s a full-body exercise much like running, so it’s the perfect way to prepare us for our BIG 5k run on March 5th!
Last week we went for 15 mins of active jumps. This week we’re taking up a notch.
Our goal is a 30 min workout.
30 seconds of jump rope x 30 seconds of squats – 1 min of rest x 15 Reps
