Thursday Jump Rope Challenge – Week 3

As you know jump rope has tremendous benefits!

It’s a full-body exercise much like running, so it’s the perfect way to prepare us for our BIG 5k run on March 5th!

Last week we went for 30 mins of active jumps. Week 3 we’re taking up a notch.


Our goal is 1,000 jumps & 100 squats.

100 jump rope x 10 squats x 30 seconds of rest  x 10 Reps
