Friday Jump Rope Challenge – Week 4

As you know jump rope has tremendous benefits!

It’s a full-body exercise much like running, so it’s the perfect way to prepare us for our BIG 5k run on March 5th!

Last week we went 1,000 jumps and 100 squats. Week 4  we’re taking up a notch AGAIN.

 

Our goal is 1,200 jumps & 120 squats.

120 jump rope x 12 squats x 30 seconds of rest  x 10 Reps 

 

Be sure to get a great stretch after your jump rope series
