Surprise Surprise!!
We have another challenge inside a challenge.
This cycle we are going tone our curves by engaging in a 14 day squat challenge. Each day our reps will increase with 3 rest days over the 2 weeks.
You do not have to complete all squats in 1 session. You can break the squats up throughout the day.
Any squats that Qui has in her workouts will count towards your daily squats.
Mix them up! Incorporate front squats, sumo squats, lounges, split squats, the options are endless!
Ultimately, give it all you’ve got. Listen to YOUR body and don’t push yourself beyond your limits.
The goal is to get better everyday and transform our bodies!
Our first day of squats is April 17th.
It’s the last 14 days of the challenge. Let’s go out sculpted in all the right places!
