Burger with caramelized onions and zucchini

6 ounces ground beef or ground turkey

One zucchini

Half onion

Time, garlic powder, black pepper, salt

Heat skillet to medium-high heat

Peel and slice onion

Wash and cut zucchini into rings then cut rings in half

Add oil to the pan and add sliced onion and zucchini when melted. Sauté until lightly caramelized, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes

Add balsamic vinegar and half of the seasoning. Sauté for another five minutes stirring occasionally. Then set aside

Form burgers with ground meat in lightly seasoned both sides with the rest of the seasoning.

Place burger in a pan and cook 35 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked.

Serve zucchini and onion, placing the cooked burger on top.
