Our goal is to start 2021 with a bang and there is no better way to do that, than by challenging yourself physically, mentally and spiritually. 

What you’ll need to complete this challenge:

  • GREAT ATTITUDE/ POSITIVE MINDSET
  • Team Tank
  • Weights (optional)
  • Jump Rope
  • Mat
  • Resistance bands  (optional)
  • Comfy Workout Sneakers 

*Check with your physician before starting any workout program

You’ll need to REGISTER and PICK YOUR TEAM!

We have FOUR teams and we’d like you to select your starting point. 

Fit Mommi– the Mommi who prioritizes all things fitness and gets it in regularly. 

Fit•ish Mommi– the Mommi who prioritizes health and workouts more often than not.

Fit Mommi Loading – the Mommi who has a hard time prioritizing workouts due to her busy schedule, but would love to workout more!

Fit Over 50 Mommi– the fifty plus fab crew who loves to workout
