The Fit Mommi Challenge is inspired by YOU! MommiNation wants to guide you along your fitness journey by giving you a community of like minded mommies encouraging you to be your own body goals!

For the next 30 days, we want to inspire you to dig deep and uncover your inner champion in every way! 

This will be an amazing journey… We’re so excited you’re here!

Check in daily for your workouts, challenges, and check-ins. Each day you will have an opportunity to track your progress in hopes of winning our weekly prizes and/or GRAND PRIZE!

What's New For Cycle 7?!

The Challenge Begins Monday April 1st.

We are celebrating this Black Maternal Health Month with focus and intention!

The month of April is recognized in the United States as National Minority Health Month – a month-long initiative to advance health equity across the country on behalf of all racial and ethnic minorities.

One initiative we are taking to honor Black Maternal Health Week and National Minority Health Month is to host our Fit Mommi Challenge during the month of April. We also have events (both virtual and in-person) April 11-17 so stay connected.

QUI2HEALTH

Quianna Camper better know to us as social media sensation Qui2Health is a certified personal trainer and fitness enthusiast. Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, Quianna’s journey with fitness began long before she became a social media influencer. In 2012, faced with adversity in her personal life, fitness became her escape. We are extremely excited to be blessed with the opportunity to have live weekly workouts, catered to black moms, from the expert herself, Qui2Health! So what should you do in the meantime?

First,

Register as a New or Existing user
– An existing user is a mommi who has already created an account on challenge.mommination.com and have participated in prior challenges.

– A new user is a mommi that is participating with us for the very first time or has forgotten your password and need to create an entirely new account.

WE'RE ALL ON THE SAME TEAM

Typically, we have teams. The teams are designed to remind you that it doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey there are other mommies right where you are here to encourage you giving you the courage and confidence you need to finish this challenge strong! Although we will not have teams this year, it is important to remember that you can join us at any level. Workouts will be modified to accommodate every level. Grab the tee that accurately reflects your current fitness level.

FIT MOMMI

The Fit Mommi team is a group of Mommies who have a consistent workout regimen. You can typically recognize this mommi by her disciplined diet and daily workouts! 

FIT-ISH MOMMI

The Fit-ish Mommi team is a group of Mommies who gets it in when they can. This mommi may work out about once a week, but struggles with her diet and/or being consistent with her workouts. 

FIT MOMMI LOADING

The Fit Mommi loading team is a group of Mommies who really struggle to even get started on their fitness journey. But that all changes with this challenge because this “Fit Mom” is loading…

FIT OVER 50 MOMMI

The Fit Over Mommi 50 team is a group of Mommies who are over 50 years young no matter where they are on the fitness scale. 

It is absolutely free to participate in the challenge, in order to win a prize, you must purchase a cycle 7 Fit Mommi Challenge tee. Any tee (Fit Mommi, Fit-ish Mommi, Fit Mommi Loading, or Fit Over Fifty) applies for eligibility.

Our Social Media Manager will watch for all tags, mentions and comments including @MommiNation and/or #fitmommichallenge. The more you post the more we will see you which increases your chances of becoming one of our weekly prize winners and ultimately a grand prize winner. Post in your IG story and/or front page tagging @MommiNation with your bingo board, videos/photos of your daily workouts, favorite healthy recipes, drinking water, or any creative posts that grabs our attention.

Join our Live Workouts

Join our Cycle 7 Fit Mommi Instructor Qui2Health every Monday and Wednesday Live at 9am on Instagram. Request to join her in the live to show your engagement and increase your chances of becoming one of our weekly prize winners and ultimately a grand prize winner. Destiny Aja will lead a mid-day meditation session every Tuesday at noon. Unable to join live? All lives will be saved on the page to view and complete later. But don’t forget to record a clip of your workout and post for us to see! 

Daily Check-ins

Login to Challenge.MommiNation.com and complete your daily check-ins. Hold yourself accountable and complete your daily activities. Everyday new activities will be available for you to complete. Each week a new bingo board will become available guiding you through the week. Check the site daily. Every item is worth 1 points and a way for you to hold yourself accountable. 

Invite Mommi Friends

The more Mommies you invite the more the more you increase your chances of becoming one of our weekly prize winners and ultimately a grand prize winner.
