Week 5 Workout with Qui

It’s the final week!!!

After today, just 1 more workout until the challenge is over.

You know the drill, complete the quick workout below.

10-12 reps each exercise, for 3 rounds!

You will need dumbbells, a medicine ball (optional) and water. Challenge yourself with your dumbbells, this is week 4 and we’re going even harder!
