One and a half-ounce of cheddar cheese

One whole-grain bread slice

One whole egg

1 teaspoon of olive oil

1/4 cup of milk

3/4 cup spinach leaves raw

small pinch of black pepper and salt

Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Wash the spinach and add it to the pan cook for three minutes.

Add egg to the pan with spinach and add milk cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combine

Cook around five minutes. Serve with a slice of bread
