Day 14 – 400 squats!!

It’s the last day of the challenge!! Let’s finish out strong with our 400 squats.

Things to remember:

You do not have to complete all squats in 1 session. You can break the squats up throughout the day.

Mix them up! Incorporate front squats, sumo squats, lounges, split squats, the options are endless!

Ultimately, give it all you’ve got. Listen to YOUR body and don’t push yourself beyond your limits.
