Two whole eggs

One banana

1/4 cup of rolled oats uncooked

One and a half teaspoons coconut oil

Fruit optional; strawberries bananas, blueberries

Cinnamon

Peel and cut the banana into slices

Add sliced banana, the egg rolled oats, and cinnamon into the blender and blend until smooth

Heat up coconut oil in a frying pan

Drop 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture from the blender into heat it pan

Cook on medium heat for three minutes on each side

Cook on medium heat for three minutes on each side

Repeat steps three through five until the mixture is gone

Top with fruit and serve
